Terms & Conditions:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
General Terms
- Schedule Changes & Cancellations: FIND MY TRIP is not liable for any schedule changes or cancellations by the airline. In case of such changes, a minimum cancellation fee of NZD 85 per person applies, in addition to any airline-imposed cancellation fees.
- Reconfirmation: It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to confirm the schedule. FIND MY TRIP will not be liable for any costs incurred if you fail to do so.
- Special Requests: For specific requests such as meals, seats, or assistance, kindly reconfirm with the airline or your travel agent at least 72 hours prior to your flight.
- Combination Fares: If traveling with combination fares of two or more airlines, FIND MY TRIP is not responsible for any flight delays.
- Booking Changes: Bookings are changeable with a penalty of NZD 595 per person, plus any fare and tax differences applicable at the time of rebooking. Note that some airline fare rules are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please verify these rules before making payment.
- Baggage Allowance: Please check the baggage allowance with your travel consultant.
- Flight Confirmation: We recommend confirming your flight with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of reservations, for which FIND MY TRIP is not responsible.
- Special Equipment: Bassinet and wheelchair availability is subject to airline confirmation. Any charges imposed by the airline for such services will be your responsibility.

Role of FIND MY TRIP
FIND MY TRIP acts solely as a travel agent, selling various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions. Our obligations are limited to making travel bookings on your behalf and arranging relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not FIND MY TRIP.
Passenger Information
- Name Accuracy: Your first name and surname must match exactly with your passport.
Price Flexibility
Airfares quoted are subject to change, withdrawal, or alteration by airlines without notice prior to final ticketing.
Travel Insurance
FIND MY TRIP strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances during your journey.
Taxes
Any taxes or charges imposed by government or airport authorities are payable by passengers. These may be included in the fare or payable upon arrival or departure in local currency.
Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
- Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit, or other requirements of the countries you are traveling to.
- Health Requirements: Ensure you are aware of and comply with any health requirements for your travel destinations, including necessary vaccinations.
- New Zealand Domestic Travel: A valid government-issued ID is required for domestic travel within New Zealand.
Credit Card Transactions
If a travel service provider is unable to provide the contracted services, your remedy lies against the provider, not FIND MY TRIP. In the event of a chargeback, you agree to indemnify FIND MY TRIP against any associated costs, including attorney’s fees.
If your credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Find My Trip via Bank Transfer or Cash immediately.
Any Credit card surcharge paid is non-refundable.
Deposit
Any deposit paid to hold or confirm a booking is non-refundable.
Responsibility
FIND MY TRIP and its affiliates do not own or operate any entity providing goods and services for your travel, including lodging, transportation, guides, or excursions. All such entities are independent contractors, and FIND MY TRIP is not liable for their acts or omissions.
Liability
FIND MY TRIP is not liable for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from acts of God, illness, strikes, criminal activities, or other causes.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to check the New Zealand government Travel advisories for your intended destination at https://www.safetravels.govt.nz
Reissue Fee
A reissue fee of NZD 225.00 applies per change, plus consolidator fee of NZD 75.00, any fare difference, reissue fee, tax difference, and airline-imposed fees. Charges may vary depending on the complexity of the ticket and increase up to NZD 500.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations are governed by the airline’s terms and conditions. A cancellation fee of NZD 275.00 per person applies, plus consolidator fee of NZD 75.00 plus any cancellation fee that may be imposed by the Airline. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded.
Tickets issued on Low Cost carriers and Domestic tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
If the cancellation is due to the schedule change/flight cancellation by Airline then cancellation fee of NZD 75.00 per person is applicable plus any cancellation fee imposed by airline.
Refund Fee
Refund requests are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare, Where a refund is applicable.Processing may take up to 12 weeks or more.
Refusal of Service
Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their discretion, including but not limited to cases of improper documentation, contagious diseases, intoxication, or disruptive behavior. FIND MY TRIP assumes no liability for such refusals.
FIND MY TRIP assumes no liability for the acts of service provider in refusing service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
Declaration
By confirming your booking, you declare that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
